Our first priority is location the source of water intrusion and preventing further damages. Upon sourcing the leak, we typically will seal or cover the area until further repairs can be performed. Often this will include installing tarps over exposed areas after applying adhesive membranes over holes. 

Once the leak has been properly addressed, we then will focus on water extraction. This process often involves removal of wet drywall, sheetrock, attic insulation, and more. We will carefully remove any materials that have been compromised by contact or absorption of water.

Drying and dehumidifying the affected areas. This may involve running multiple air movers and/or dehumidifier units for an extended period until moisture levels inside reach acceptable levels. bout this item

Extensive cleaning and sanitizing affected areas to prevent bacterial and/or mold growth.

Finally, we'll cover any exposed areas inside with plastic sheeting until further repairs can be performed by licensed contractors.

Our support continues beyond water mitigation with insurance assistance, follow-ups, and routine tarp replacements as needed.
